Office Clerk
Responsible for updating Management of all daily operations, calls, problems, mail, important documents
and all matters pertaining to the office.
Arrange meetings, kept agenda and schedule appointments
Filing all documents
Follow up on all pending matters
Edit correspondence, memos, etc
Prepare presentations
Program Manager will lead program decisions regarding technical approaches, cost and
scheduling, and will be responsible for the logistics and coordination of the work (e.g.
planning, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, safety etc.)
Program management tasks will include the supervision of more than 200 temporary
employees, management of customer service relations, improvement of business processes,
and successful delivery of all program components on budget and schedule.
Basic Qualifications and Experience
Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Computer skills in word, excel and powerpoint
