Real Estate Developer / Commercial not Residential
Accountable within an assigned geographical area to optimize
the Real Estate portfolio for all new site development, relocations, rebuild
and existing Real Estate assets.
·Fosters the development team approach within the
Region
·Develops and utilizes a brokerage network and outside
consultants
·Maintains working relationships and is the Real
Estate resource for Owner/Operations and other Regional Staff within their
assigned geographical area.
·Cultivates and promotes working relationships
with other departments, alliance partners and other outside organizations.
·With the Construction partner creates, manages
and executes the Development Plant to meet portfolio returns with the
Development Team
·Communicates and implements Corporate policies
and procedures
·Ensures quality control standards for Real
Estate transactions
·Monitors and Controls the flow of Real Estate
transactions
·Negotiates terms and conditions of Real Estate
agreements
·Works with Construction dept to secure all
required approvals
·Optimizes the site development processes
·Ensures best location/best value for all real
estate acquisitions and reinvestments
·With the Construction partner, actively
participates in the development and implementation of the PMO process within
development, and contributes to the Vision Plan for the Region.
·Manager personal G & A expenditures relative
to budget
·Aligns goals and objectives with the Dept.
Regional, Division and Corporate strategies
