Description:
1. Provide Mechanical maintenance, repairs and emergency handling services
primarily to Chillers on projects where this type of equipment is being
maintained.
2. Provide Mechanical maintenance, repairs and emergency handling services to
Air Handling Units, Fan Coils, DX Systems, Fans, Split and
Mini-Split Systems as required based on Mechanical Scope of service agreements.
3. Execute Mechanical Spot work and Service Jobs on time, on budget and in
agreement with customer requirements and Honeywell work quality requirements.
4. Serve as Honeywell representative in front of the customer for contract
retention objectives, expand scope of work of assigned contract and obtain Spot
or Service Job opportunities.
Skill and Qualifications:
1. Licensed Refrigeration Technician
2. Three (3) or more years of Centrifugal Chiller experience with major
chillers manufacturers such as Trane or York.
3. Certified Training for Maintenance and Repairs for Centrifugal Chiller
as provided by the manufacturer.
4. Customer Oriented.
5. High School Diploma
6. Associate Degree on a Technical Field would be a Plus.
7. Capability to work during non-regular working hours, including holidays and
weekends dependent upon the nature of the assigned work.
8. Capability to estimate, document scope of work as part of the proposal and
negotiate with the customer Mechanical spot work, service jobs or contract
changes.
Specialist Field Svc III
Job Description:
1. Provide Automation maintenance, repairs and emergency handling services to
commercial HVAC Control System that are currently being maintained by Honeywell
2. Provide Mechanical maintenance, repairs and emergency handling services to
Air Handling Units, Fan Coils, DX Systems, Fans, Split and Mini-Split Systems
as required based on Mechanical Scope of service agreements.
3. Execute Mechanical Spot work and Service Jobs on time, on budget and in
agreement with customer requirements and Honeywell work quality requirements.
4. Serve as Honeywell representative in front of the customer for contract
